   SCHOOL REGISTRATION PROCESS

 Registration scheduling for St. Agnes School for September 2010 will take place on Thursday, February 25, 2010.  Please call the school office (610-696-1260) AFTER 9:00 AM on Thursday, February 25, to make an appointment for the Registration Day of March 11.  Please do NOT leave a message!  You must speak directly to Mrs. Kerrigan.


Please acquire all necessary papers to bring with you at your scheduled appointment time on March 11, 2010.  This registration is for NEW students to the school only.

In order to register COPIES of the following documents are required:

New families to the school must bring a Parish Contribution Envelope with them as proof of registration in the parish.  If you do not have an envelope, you must obtain a letter from the Parish verifying parish membership.  

  1. Copy of Birth Certificate (see age requirements)
  2. Copy of Baptismal Certificate and for Grades 2 to 6: Copies of any further sacraments received.
  3. Updated Physical – Immunization Records
  4. Child’s Social Security Number card
  5. Most current report card copy for any student registering for Grades 1 through 6
  6. A per family non-refundable registration fee will be charged. A per pupil school fee will be due upon receipt of your acceptance letter from school.


Registration cannot be accepted at your appointment time without the above documents on the day of registration.



Age Requirements:

  • Pre-K 2 day Program – Recommended 3 years of age by August 31
  • Pre-K 3 day Program – Recommended at least 4 years of age by August 31
  • Pre-K 5 day Program – Recommended at least 4 1/2 years of age by August 31
  • Kindergarten Program – Child must be 5 years of age by August 31

PreSchool Hours:

  • 2 day class – Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 to 11:00 AM
  • 3 day class – Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 to 11:00 AM
  • 5 day class – Monday through Friday Afternoon – 12:00 to 2:30 PM

Kindergarten Hours:

  • Full Day Kindergarten – 8:10 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Half Day Kindergarten

Grades 1 to 8:

  • 8:10 AM to 3:00 PM
